“Everybody can be great, because everyone can serve.” – Martin Luther King, Jr.
Monday, January 20th will be observed as the MLK Day of Service for 2020 in honor of Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King, Jr. Each year, this federal holiday is recognized as a national day of service.
Hundreds of thousands of people spend the third Monday of January every year volunteering and supporting causes they feel connected to, in honor of the lifelong work of Dr. King. As MSAA enters its 50th year of dedicated service to the MS community, we are continually grateful for our supporters and volunteers. If you are interested in learning about ways to give back, please check MSAA’s website.
Are you volunteering on this MLK Day of Service? Let us know how you are spending your Monday and what activities and service you are participating in!
