This month, we celebrate April Yamamura as July’s Artist of the Month. April is from Niagara Falls, NY.

About the Artist – April Yamamura

“I have had an interest in art for only about a year and a half, especially doing mixed media. I stopped working in December 2022 after working with people with disabilities for 17 years. This was mostly due to my mobility issues worsening because of my diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. I have been using art as a coping mechanism for my mental health issues as well.”
