Caramel Apple Dip is an easy and fun recipe to make and add to your Thanksgiving gathering or Fall celebration. When I make this dip, everyone compliments me on how yummy it tastes. It only requires a few ingredients, and you do not need to use the oven. You can make it the night before and refrigerate, one less thing you have to worry about! Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 jar caramel sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup toffee bits divided
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Apples, you can use your favorite apple
Instructions
- In a medium-size mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix.
- Add about ΒΌ cup toffee bits and 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts into mixture and stir well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into a serving dish and spread evenly.
- Pour the caramel sauce over mixture but do not mix.
- Sprinkle the remaining toffee bits and peanuts on top.
- Dip your favorite apples, cookies or pretzels.
