Fall Pumpkin Hummus

It is hard to believe that Fall is right around the corner. I am so ready for pumpkin everything!!!

This easy Fall Pumpkin Hummus only takes 10 minutes to make and is delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 15-ounce can chickpeas
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic clove. Add to a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Drain the chickpeas. Add chickpeas, pumpkin puree, salt, cumin, nutmeg, lemon juice, maple syrup, and olive oil. Blend thoroughly into a food processor bowl with garlic until combined.
  3. Stores refrigerated for up to 1 week.
