Staying Organized with Medicine

By Alene Brennan

Medicine, vitamins and supplements are crucial components to our plan to stay healthy. The key is remembering to take them consistently. Personally, I need to organize my supplements in a weekly pill container so they’re not only easy to grab during breakfast or dinner, but they also keep me accountable. The goal to have every compartment of the container empty by the end of the week. If not, I need to set a reminder in my phone to alert me!
