This Easy Grilled Peaches recipe takes less than 10 minutes and intensifies the natural sweetness of summer fruit with a smoky, caramelized flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 large ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tbsp avocado oil (or any neutral high-heat oil)
- 2 tbsp honey (or pure maple syrup)
- ΒΌ tsp ground cinnamon
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat. Clean and lightly oil the grates.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves lightly with avocado oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Cook undisturbed for 4 to 5 minutes until distinct grill marks form and the fruit begins to soften.
- Flip the peaches over. Drizzle the honey directly into the pit cavities and dust with cinnamon. Grill for another 2 to 3 minutes until the skins are tender.
- Remove from the grill, sprinkle with a pinch of flaky sea salt, and serve warm.
