This easy Fall Pumpkin Hummus only takes 10 minutes to make and is delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 small garlic clove
- 15-ounce can chickpeas
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Peel the garlic clove. Add to a food processor until finely chopped.
- Drain the chickpeas. Add chickpeas, pumpkin puree, salt, cumin, nutmeg, lemon juice, maple syrup, and olive oil. Blend thoroughly into a food processor bowl with garlic until combined.
- Stores refrigerated for up to 1 week.
