  • 1 cup old- fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


-Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

-Mix the old-fashioned oats, peanut butter, honey, flax seed, chia seeds and chocolate chips in a large bowl.

-Use a cookie scoop and place balls on cookie sheet.

-Place cookie sheet in the freezer until hard. Then store in a zip lock bag or covered container.
