Anxiety and depression are among the most common symptoms associated with multiple sclerosis. If you feel like you need some extra help kicking anxiety and depression to the curb, don’t be afraid to make that call for help. Remember friends, you are worth the phone call. You are worth the text. You are worth the effort.

    I would really like to find some help with depression is this something the M.S. Society can help with. I lock myself in my apt everyday. Won’t take phone calls. I need help. I’m asking. Is anyone listening
